Aluminum nitride ceramic parts have high thermal conductivity and electrical insulation, so they can be used in a variety of electronic devices. The thermal conductivity of aluminum nitride is 170W/(mk), which is 5-8 times that of alumina ceramics. Therefore, AlN ceramics have good thermal shock resistance and can be used in high temperature environments of 2200°C. Aluminum nitride ceramic is one of the advanced precision ceramic materials and is widely used in the electronics industry because of its excellent thermal conductivity and electrical insulation properties.

Aluminum nitride ceramic properties

1. High thermal conductivity (above 170W/mK), close to BeO and SiC, and more than 5 times that of Al2O3;

2. The thermal expansion coefficient (4.5 * 10 - 6 ℃) matches that of silicon (3.5-4 * 10 - 6 ℃) and gallium arsenide (6 * 10 - 6 ℃);

3. Good electrical properties (dielectric constant, dielectric loss, volume resistivity, dielectric strength);

4. Good mechanical properties, higher bending strength than Al2O3 and BeO ceramics, and can be sintered under normal pressure;

5. Good light transmission properties;

6. Non-toxic.
