Answer: We mainly provide services such as sales of processable raw materials such as oxide ceramics, nitride ceramics, carbide ceramics and boride ceramics, product customization processing, mold sintering, ceramic surface metallization, and surface glazing.

Q: Do you provide customized services?

Answer: We can provide precision ceramic product customization services based on the technical requirements or product drawings you provide. Our factory has more than 7 years of production and processing experience and is involved in the production of more than 3,000 types of ceramic products.

Q: What is the lead time of the product?

Answer: If the customization requires a small quantity, simple structure or ceramics with stock materials, it can be delivered within 5 days at the fastest. If the quantity is small, the structural complexity is below medium, and sintering and customized materials are not required, it will be delivered within 5-15 days. For some products that require sintering or customized materials, the sintering cycle needs to be added by 20-30 days. For products ordered in bulk, we will recommend that you deliver the products in batches. (The above time does not include express logistics transportation time)

Q: What kind of accuracy can the product achieve?

A: Generally speaking, we will provide products or services based on customer requirements and technical documents. Sometimes, if a product has some technical requirements that we cannot solve, we will propose and provide a solution to the customer. For products without special requirements, we will refer to the requirements of Chinese national standard GB/T1804-F. We can improve all tolerances depending on the size and geometry of the ceramic part. We are committed to ensuring that we only produce parts of the highest quality standards that meet or exceed our customers' specifications.

Q: How are precision ceramic products priced?

Answer: The price of precision ceramic products is composed of the ceramic processing cost, single order quantity, raw material price, tax and transportation fee. Compared with traditional metals, precision ceramics have very high hardness and cannot be processed by cutting. They can only be processed by grinding or grinding, so the processing cost is much higher than that of traditional metals.

Q: How to pay?

A: When you sign a contract with us, you need to pay 50% of the product price as advance payment within 3 working days, and the remaining 50% will be paid before product delivery. This is because precision (advanced) ceramic materials are expensive and difficult to process, and therefore require higher production costs and higher risks.

Q: Product packaging and shipping?

A: We will transport according to your requirements. We have professional packaging boxes and foam to ensure the products arrive safely.
