Advantages of precision ceramic dispensing valves compared to traditional metal ceramic dispensing valves
Traditional dispensing valves often leak. This situation occurs because the diameter of the needle used is too small. The metal dispensing valve is not resistant to high temperatures and is prone to sticking colloidal liquid, which may even affect the air bubble discharge action.
Precision ceramic dispensing valves can perfectly solve the problem of glue leakage from the glue valve. Ceramic dispensing valves generate the least back pressure and provide the smoothest fluid flow.
Glue size is inconsistent
When the glue output is inconsistent, it is caused by unstable pressure in the pressure cylinder or air pressure that stores the fluid. The inlet pressure regulator should be set 10 to 15 psi below the lowest factory pressure. The pressure used by the pressure cylinder should be above the middle of the pressure regulator. Avoid using the pressure between the low pressure part of the pressure gauge.
The controlled pressure of the ceramic dispensing valve is at least 60 psi to ensure stable glue dispensing. The ceramic dispensing valve is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, and will not block the flow of glue liquid.
Flow rate too slow
The flow rate of traditional dispensing valves is too slow, which is also due to the material of the metal dispensing valve itself. If the metal temperature is too high and the liquid is left out for too long, it will condense, causing blockage, and the flow rate will slow down accordingly, resulting in inconsistent glue sizes. Ceramic dispensing valves made of zirconia ceramics can perfectly solve this problem. The zirconia ceramic itself is wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant. Even at a high temperature of 1400C°, it can still ensure normal flow of liquid.
Liquid dries up in valve
This situation is mainly caused by excessive moisture or reused instant glue. Metal dispensing valves will cause the valve body temperature to become cold due to the use environment.
The precision ceramic dispensing valve can ensure a constant temperature state. When the liquid flows through the valve body, it will not dry up and ensure normal circulation.
